SUBJECT: ADD TONER CONDITION
SYMPTOMS:
•
Add toner condition will not clear
•
Intermittent add toner condition
CAUSE:
The mylars located on the toner bottle
assembly cover (A2323240) detaches, this
is caused by insufficient glue applied during
assembly and the unsmooth surfaces were
the mylars are attached.
SOLUTION:
A check will be added during assembly to confirm the mylars are attached properly. The mylars (A2323243)
will also be made available as a service part.
UNITS AFFECTED:
All B003/B004/B006/B007 copiers manufactured after the serial numbers listed below will have the mylars
checked during production.
