Input line reactor specification for size 9E, 10E and 11E

A separate line reactor (INLXXX) of at least the value shown in Table 4-3 and Table 4-2 must be used with size 9E, 10E and 11E. Failure
to provide sufficient reactance could damage or reduce the service life of the drive.
