Front Stabilizer Bar Replacement (50" & XC)
1. Remove the nut retaining the front stabilizer bar
1
link to the upper control arm
2. Remove the Fasteners retaining the stabilizer bar
mount to the frame.
3. Remove the stabilizer bar out the side of the vehicle.
4. Remove the fasteners
link to the stabilizer bar.
5. To install, reverse procedure and torque fasteners to
specification
Stabilizer Bar Link Fasteners:
40 ft-lb (54 Nm)
Stabilizer Bar Mount Fasteners:
17 ft-lb (23 Nm)
on both sides.
