The ECU successfully learned the position of the
ETC when the engine was started.
The ECU failed to learn the position of the ETC
when the engine was started. Check throttle body
and connections. Cycle the key switch.
At warm idle, this can range from 0–3%
There is an error in the throttle control and the
vehicle is limiting
