If you see any error messages in the Status window, you must resolve them before
continuing. For example:
A common cause for these errors is to forget to terminate the IAS and IIS services
and then reboot. These services will continue to interfere with the Steel-Belted
Radius server until you stop and terminate them, then reboot.
