Data Module down

1. Run a Maintenance session to ensure that the module is

not disabled. See Module status on page 495.

2. Disable the Data Module using Module status.

3. Enable the Data Module using Module status.

4. If the Data Module is still down, power down, then power

up the ICS and the Data Module.

If the problem persists

1. If AC power is present and the LED indicator on the Data

Module is off, replace the Data Module.

2. Replace the Fiber cable.
