OT7: COUNTER DISP (CLEAR)
*2: User can read no. of counter in LCD but can not clear.
*4: When the service bit is set to "OFF", Funtion NO.11
is bypassed to the next function NO. (some countries)
:Effective if the service bit is "ON".
