Is the separation rubber dirty?
Are pinch rollers pressed normally by the
springs? (After pushing them with your fingers,
do they return back to the original positions?)
Are the feed follers dirty?
Is the scan roller
worn or slippery?
Is the ADF Roller ?
Replace the ADF roller,
the scan roller, and/or
the pinch rollers.
