High-speed protocol
The T.30 protocol signal from the transmitting station is sent at
message transmission speed instead of 300 bps.
In high-speed protocol, 28.8 K-bps are not supported.
This is Phase C time at 3.85 line/mm and 14400 bps for 6
sec. in MMR code transmission.
