Press 0 or 1 to "On" to switch
this feature on, or select "Off" to
switch this feature off.
Forwarding:

Press the {OK} key.
Note
If you select "On" and no for-
warding station is registered,
"Press OK to Program Forward-
ing Station" is displayed. Press
the {OK} key and register a for-
warding station by following
steps J to Q on P.86 "Registering
a Forwarding Station Number".

Press the {User Tools} key.
The fax machine returns to standby.
Registering a Forwarding Station

You can register a Forwarding Station
Number as follows:
Note
If your machine is connected to IS-
DN, and you want to use G4 fax
communication to send messages
to another party who can use G4,
press the {G4} key until "G4" is dis-
played, and then register the For-
warding Station.

Make sure that the machine is in
standby mode.

Press the {User Tools} key.

Press 0 or 1 to display "4. Key

If a forwarding station is already
registered, the fax number for that
station is displayed.

Press the {OK} key.

Enter the other party's fax number
with the number keys.
Station 1: Press OK

Press the {OK} key.
The fax number is registered.
When your machine is connected
to ISDN, you must select the line
you are using. Press 0 or 1 to se-
lect {G3} or {G4}, and then press
the {OK} key.
