Documents:
A document is anything you put
on the document table of your ma-
chine, whether you are faxing it or
copying it.
Prints:
A print is anything that comes out
of the machine, whether: a re-
ceived fax or a copy you made.
Procedures:
Procedures are described step by
step. Perform them in order. When
you see a display, it always shows
what comes after performing the
step it accompanies. Other illustra-
tions accompanying steps help
you find the right key or handle, or
show you how to perform the step.
