Navigate to the top of the configuration hierarchy in either the J-Web or CLI
configuration editor.
Perform the configuration tasks described in Table 174.

J-Web Configuration Editor
In the configuration editor hierarchy,
select Class of service.
Queue Fill Level
Between 95 and 100 percent
Between 80 and 95 percent
