J-series Services Routers provide IP routing, WAN and LAN connectivity, and
management services. Available in several models, Services Routers typically
connect small, branch, or regional offices to a central site, and link Internet service
provider (ISP) networks.
Follow these instructions to initially set up a J-series Services Router. You need no
previous JUNOS Internet software experience, but must have managed a network
and configured other routers. For more information, see the J-series documentation
