This chapter will discuss what to do if you should suspect any scanner problems are occurring.
If the following type of message should appear on the operation panel screen, take note of the
error message's error code nnnn and take the appropriate action to fix the problem. For any
other problem besides those listed here, determine the best solution based on the symptom of
the problem.

Instruction to turn off the printer
- Be sure to use the POWER button on the operation panel when you turn off the printer
after checking errors.
- At the service call error with type E, to turn off the printer hold on the POWER button for
approximately five seconds .
