Step 3 Remove the transmitter-receiver unit cover and remove the
magnetron.
Loosen the screws (nine M4 screws) holding the cover in place. Remove the screws (two M4
screws) holding the heat radiation plate in place and remove the cover. Then, remove the
magnetron.
Step 4 Remove the waveguide holding screws.
Remove the two connection waveguide holding screws (M4).
