Two available links

In the following procedure, two links entered as NILTYPE in table
LTCPSINV change to DS-1. The system uses the two new DS-1 links to
busy and change the remote to Mode II. When the system makes the
conversion, the PORT numbers are assigned again to any two of the original
four primary link names. Links that are not used change to NILTYPE in
table LTCPSINV. Static data on the SMS are updated. The remote returns
to service.
