Self-tests
A self-test checks to see that a circuit card is working correctly. Many cards
perform a self-test on power-up. The software commands Disable and Enable
forces a card to self-test. The results of a self-test generally show whether or
not there is a problem with the card.

1.5 Mb DTI/PRI Administration and Maintenance.
