Check the power supply conditions.
Check the terminal
screws for looseness. Check the
power supply line for disconnec-
tion and short-circuit.

Check the connection condi-
tion of the power supply line.

Check that the power is supplied.

supply voltage of the con-
troller is in the range of 22.8
to 26.4V DC.

supply voltage of the I/O
unit is in the range of 21.6
