Horn; Passing Relay - Honda CB HORNET 160R 2015 Shop Manual

LIGHTS/METERS/SWITCHES
Install the nuts, then tighten them.
TORQUE: 9 N.m (0.9 kgf.m, 7 Ibf.ft)
Install the fuel tank (page 2-3).

HORN

INSPECTION
Disconnect the wire connectors from the horn.
Connect the battery voltage to the horn terminals.
The horn is normal if it sounds when the battery voltage is
connected across the horn terminals.
If horn sound is abnormal adjust the sound with adjusting
screw
REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
Disconnect the wire connectors from the horn.
Remove the bolt and horn.
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

PASSING RELAY

REMOVAL/INSTALLATION
Remove the front cowl (page 2-5).
Disconnect the passing relay 5P connector from the relay.
Remove the passing relay from the bracket.
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.
