7. Slide the brake drum onto the wheel studs.
8. Secure the brake cable to the brake lever with the clevis pin (item 26 in
197) and cotter pin. Attach the brake return spring to the brake cable link.
9. Install the wheel assembly to the front axle; refer to
(page 7–5).
10. Check and adjust the brakes; refer to the Traction Unit Operator's Manual.
