INK JET PRINTER OPERATION

Caution:
1. The status of printer must be "Printer is off" when you want to
use "Manual Control".
2. You must be experienced & trained if you want to use this
function as damage can be caused to the printer.
The procedures as below:
1. Enter <System Maintenance-3>, select <Manual Control>, it
displays as below:
2. Use up/down <Direction Key> to move the select box to the
solenoid you want to check, select "Open/Close" to switch on or
off the solenoid valve.
3. Select "Exit" to switch off all the solenoids, and go back to
<System Maintenance-4>.
Stream adjustment
When selecting this function, the makeup will inject from the nozzle
for 20 seconds, which will allow the customer to adjust the nozzle
against to the gutter, and clean the nozzle in plus direction. This
function will stop after 20 seconds and can not be controlled
manually during this period.
Nozzle Backwash
When selecting this function, the vacuum will be added into the
nozzle for 20 seconds. Spray the makeup onto nozzle plate by the
cleaning pot, and then, the makeup will be sucked in to backwash the
nozzle. This function will stop after 20 seconds and can not be
controlled manually during this period.
Unblock Nozzle
When selecting this function, the ink pressure and vacuum will be
added into the nozzle alternatively for 5 times, to unblock the nozzle
inside by oscillation. This function will stop after 20 seconds and can
not be controlled manually during this period. During this procedure,
some ink drops will spatter onto the charge electrode and deflection
electrode. Please clean the nozzle after this procedure.
