Trouble Shooting
INKL
Ink level low.
Monitor the ink level of the ink tank. When the ink level is too low,
it will on.
On: To indicate ink level is low, and printer warning: ink tank
empty.
Off: To indicate ink level is normal.
MAKH
Make-up tank level high.
On: To indicate the make-up tank level is too high. At this moment,
the printer cannot work before the make-up level goes down to
the normal level. After get the level lower, restart the printer.
Off: To indicate the make-up level is normal.
MAKL
Make-up tank level low.
On: To indicate make-up level is low, and printer warns: make-up
is not enough.
Off: To indicate make-up level is normal.
VISL
Viscometer low level
Monitoring the float sensor position inside of viscometer, when
the float sensor at bottom position, ICU receives a signal and gets
ready to refresh the ink inside the viscometer, meanwhile,
finishes the viscosity checking process.
On: To indicate float sensor in the viscometer fall down to the
bottom position and records a new viscosity when the viscosity
checking process is finished, meanwhile, gets ready to churn the
ink.
Off: To indicate float sensor in the viscometer not fall down yet.
PUMP
Communication indicator
RUN
On: Communication normal.
Off: No communication.
