Save Message Save As
After editing message, setup all the print parameters (Print Delay,
Message Width, Message Height etc.) to meet the current production
demand, then you can save the contents of message and the current
print parameter.
The procedures of "Save Message" as below:
1.
Enter <Message Store-1>, press <Save Message>, and the
acquiescent name is "New";
2.
If you need to "Save As", enter 8 bits English characters or
Arabic numerals at most as the name of this message. Then you
can easily find this message when you want to insert, select or
delete it.
If you want to change the message which has been saved, the
procedures as below:
1. Enter <Message Store-1>, press <Select Message>;
2. It displays all the saved messages in the "Parameter Setup Zone"
of the screen.
3. Use up or down <Direction key> to move the select box to the
message you needed, and the message displays on the
"Message Edit Zone" of the screen.
4. Select <Ok> to finish this procedure.
5. Press <Exit> key back to <Main Menu-1>, select <Edit Message>
to re-edit message;
6. If you want to print the message just after editing, press <Print
Message> to confirm this changed message;
7. If you want to setup the print parameter, press <Exit> back to
<Main Menu-1>, select <Print Setup> to setup the relational
parameters;
8. If you want to save the re-edited message and the current
parameters into the original message, enter <Message Store- 1>,
press <Save Message>, then the original message and
parameters are replaced;
9. If you want to save the re-edited message and save current
parameters as another message, enter<Message Store-1>, select
<Save As>;
10. Enter 8 bits English characters or Arabic numerals at most as the
name of the new message.
11. Press <Ok> to finfish saving message and the current print
parameter.
Caution: When saving message, the name of the message is
existed, there will be a suggestion that you can replace the original
message or cancel saving and save as another name.
