7. Switch off the printer.
8. Restart the printer to finish the update procedure.
The program of printer may need to update at some time. The
procedures as below:
1. Shutdown the printer to the status of "Printer is off".
2. Plug the USB memory disk which has the update file into the USB
port on ECU board;
3. Enter <Message Store-3>, select <Upgrade under Authority >, the
printer will be upgraded automatically which last about 20
seconds. And "Printer is reading USB file", "Saving data",
"Printer is off" will be displayed successively on the "System
Status Zone" of the screen.
4. Switch off the printer.
5. Power on the printer again to finish the upgrade procedure.
Authorized by Saturn, Chinese language fonts can be installed in the
printer.
1. Stop the ink stream, to the status of "Print is off".
2. Plug U disc with ecu**.bin files to the USB port of ECU board.
3. Enter <Message Store-4>, press <Fonts Operation> and then
choose <Install Chinese font>, then the printer will install Chinese
font automatically, the "Status" Zone will display as the order of
"Reading files from USB", "Saving data", "Printer is off". It will
cost about 10 seconds to update
4. Restart the printer to complete the installation.
If there is a need to upload font to USB memory disc, you may use
"Upload Font" function. The procedure is as follow:
1. Plug USB memory disc to the USB port of ECU board; enter
<Message Store-4>, press <Fonts Operation> and then choose
<Upload Font>, it displays as follow:
