15. Move the text to the up-left of the box, and cut it to the right size. Refer to procedure 3 to 10 for
details as above.
Caution: Except the ways above, you can use other tools as drawing straight line, rectangle,
or circle in Paint.exe to increase efficiency of editing; use tools as "Select", "Cut", "Copy", "Paste"
to increase efficiency of word inputting. Refer to "Help" in Paint.exe for the usage of other tools.
16. Save the files to U-disk:
(1) Plug the USB disk into the USB connector at the ECU (at the backside of LCD screen).
(2) Power on the printer, enter "Message Store-2", and select 'Download Message'. It displays as
below:
(3) The Parameter zone will display all the fonts in U-disk, use "Direction Key" to select needed font
(Bolded and shine), Then, the font selected will display in the Example Area.
(4) Use "Select/Cancel" to select font or not.
(5) Repeat the procedure to select several messages at one time. Use SHIFT+A to select all the
message in USB disk；
(6) Select OK to start transfer.
(7) Enter <Message Edit>, select "Insert Message", and select the message in printer to edit.
Caution: The format of message must be .bmp files, and the files name should be at most 8
bits of English letters or number.
Caution: When transferring the message, if the message name is the same as existed
message in printer, the screen will display warning. You can choose "Yes" (Replace original
message), "All" (Replace all the messages), "No" (Not replace the message), "Cancel" (Give up), or
"Save as" (Change file name of the message).
