INK JET PRINTER OPERATION
Ink Flow Time
Hydraulic System Maintenance
Prime Fluid
It is used to check the control status of the viscosity "Ink Flow Time".
And you can change the value of "Target Flow Time" manually if you
get the permission of Saturn. The procedures as below:
1. Enter <System Maintenance-2>, select <Ink Flow Time>, it
displays as below:
2. If the curve of "Ink Flow Time" fluctuates a lot, please check the
viscometer, the 2 switches(CYL & CYH) of viscometer, ink control
value and nozzle is ok or not.
3. If you want to change the "Target Flow Time", perform "Calibrate
Flow Time" again.
Caution: The "Current Flow Time" will be displayed in the
right side of "Fault Report Zone" on the screen.
Enter <System Maintenance-3>, select "Ink system".
Status:
Printer is ready

Caution: The status of printer must be "Printer is off" when
you want to use.
