Message Width
Message Height
Caution： "print interval" is used to filtrate the useless pulse
of product detector and avoid wrong printing.
It is used to adjust the width of the printed message on the products
when the encoder status is off (see "Encoder Setup"). The higher the
setup value is, the narrower the width of the message (the same
product moving speed).
It is used to adjust the print quality when the encoder status is on
(see "Encoder Setup"). The lower the setup value is, the better the
print quality.
The procedures of "message width" setup as below:
1. Enter <Print Setup-1>, select <Message Width>.
2. Enter the value directly or use right/left <Adjust Key> to adjust
the value as the "message width" to meet the production
demand.
3. Press <OK> to confirm the settings.
It is used to adjust the message height. The Higher the value set,
higher the print height will be. The procedures of "message" height
setup as below:
1. Enter <Print Setup-1>, select <Message Height>;
2. Enter the value directly or use right/left <Adjust Key> to adjust
the value as the "message height" to meet the production
demand.
3. Press <OK> to confirm it.
Caution: There are three other methods to adjust the message
height:
1. Adjust the distance between the print head and the product. It's
the common way.
2. Adjust the charge voltage (See "Charge SPEC." in <System
Maintenance-4).
3. Calibrate the ink pressure (See "Flow Time Calibrate" in <System
Maintenance-2).
The last two methods are not suggested.
