Daily Maintenance
This section describes the procedures that should be completed
every day. Carefully follow the procedures in this section to avoid
diluting the ink system with excess cleaning fluids.
Daily Maintenance Schedule
Procedure
Clean the printhead
Summary: Clean the printhead at the start
of every shift or work period.
Never clean the printhead at
shutdown.
Check the fluid levels in the replenishment
bottles (add ink or make up to 2/3 level of
replenishment bottle , if required)
Please inspect the fluid lines for leaks
Summary: Check the ink tank and other
fluid components for ink leaks.
If you find a leak around a
fitting,
wrench to tighten the fitting.
If the printer has positive air, drain the
positive air filter
Summary: Oil, water, and excess particles
accumulate in the positive air
filter. Drain each component on
a daily basis.
Check whether the relief air tube of
replenishment bottle is block or not (clean it
out if necessary)
Summary: long term running possibly cause
to block in the air tube, must
inspect regularly to ensure the
ink circulation well
