ADJUSTMENT OF IDLE SPEED WITH A/C ON
Refer to "6E1" or "6E2" of ELECTRONIC FUEL INJECTION sec-
tion.
DUAL PRESSURE SWITCH
This vehicle is equipped with switch which operates according to
high or low pressure.
Inspection
1) Check switches for continuity at normal temperature (approx.
255C, 775F) when A/C system has a proper charge of refriger-
ant and when A/C system (compressor) is under operation. In
each of these cases, switches should show proper continuity.
2) When pressure is the following specified pressure, switch
should show no continuity.
HIGH SIDE PRESSURE

196 kPa (2.0 kg/cm , 28 psi)

RELAY
Inspection
1) Disconnect negative (–) cable at battery.
2) Disconnect its connector to remove relay out of position.
3) Wire as shown to check whether proper continuity is obtained

If found defective with no continuity, replace relay.
