REMOVE AND INSTALL CALIPER
ASSEMBLY
REMOVAL
1) Hoist vehicle and remove wheel.
2) Remove brake flexible hose mounting bolt from caliper. As this
will allow fluid to flow out of hose, have a container ready before-
hand.

3) Remove manual adjustment gear cover.
4) Turn manual adjustment gear counterclockwise with an Allen
wrench so to have the piston away from the disc.
5) Remove parking brake cable clip and pin.
6) Remove parking brake cable bracket from caliper.
7) Pull cap out of caliper pin bolt and remove caliper pin bolt.
8) Remove caliper from caliper carrier.
9) Remove caliper carrier.
