DIFFERENTIAL

1. Differential gear assembly
2. Bolt
3. Differential ring gear
4. Ring gear set bolt lock plate
INSPECTION
1) Hold differential assembly with soft jawed vice and set special
tools as shown.
Special Tool
(A): 09900-20606
(B): 09900-20701
2) Measure differential gear thrust play.
Differential gear thrust play:
0.06 – 0.18 mm (0.0024 – 0.0071 in.)
3) If thrust play is out of specification, replace differential case.
