42.2.2 Save Configuration

Click Config 1 t o save t he current configurat ion set t ings perm anent ly t o Configu r a t ion 1 on t he
Swit ch.
Click Config 2 t o save t he current configurat ion set t ings perm anent ly t o Configu r a t ion 2 on t he
Swit ch.
Alt ernat ively, click Sa ve on t he t op right- hand corner in any screen t o save t he configurat ion
changes t o t he current configurat ion.
Not e: Clicking t he Apply or Add but t on does NOT save t he changes perm anent ly. All
unsaved changes are erased aft er you reboot t he Sw it ch.

42.2.3 Reboot System

Re boot Syst e m allows you t o rest art t he Swit ch wit hout physically t urning t he power off. I t also
allows you t o load configurat ion one ( Con fig 1 ) , configurat ion t wo ( Config 2 ) or t he fact ory deault
configurat ion when you reboot . Follow t he st eps below t o reboot t he Swit ch.

configurat ion one. The following screen displays.

Click OK again and t hen wait for t he Swit ch t o rest art . This t akes up t o t wo m inut es. This does not
affect t he Swit ch's configurat ion.
Click Config 2 and follow st eps 1 t o 2 t o reboot and load configurat ion t wo on t he Swit ch.
Click Fa ct or y D e fa ult and follow st eps 1 t o 2 t o reboot and load default configurat ion set t ings on
t he Swit ch.

42.3 Firmware Upgrade

Use t he following screen t o upgrade your Swit ch t o t he lat est firm ware. The Swit ch support s dual
firm ware im ages, Fir m w a r e 1 and Fir m w a r e 2 . Use t his screen t o specify which im age is updat ed
