26.14 IPv6 Source Guard Policy Setup

Use t his screen t o have I Pv6 source guard forward valid I Pv6 addresses and/ or I Pv6 prefixes t hat
are st ored in t he binding t able and allow or block dat a t raffic from all link- local addresses. To open
t his screen, click Adva n ce d Applica t ion > I P Sou r ce Gu a r d > I Pv6 Sou r ce Gu a r d Policy
Se t up.
• I f you select Va lida t e Addr e ss and not Va lida t e Pr e fix , t raffic for a binding ent ry t hat m at ches
an I Pv6 address and VLAN I D, port num ber, and MAC address will be forwarded. I f t his binding
ent ry is an I Pv6 prefix, t he t raffic will be denied.
• I f you select Va lida t e Pr e fix and not Va lida t e Addr e ss, t raffic for a binding ent ry t hat m at ches
an I Pv6 prefix and VLAN I D, port num ber, and MAC address will be forwarded. I f t his binding
ent ry is an I Pv6 address, t he t raffic will be denied.
