Select Act ive t o allow t he port t o issue and respond t o Et hernet OAM com m ands.
Select Pa ssive t o allow t he port t o respond t o Et hernet OAM com m ands.
Select t his check box t o enable t he rem ot e loopback feat ure on t he port . Ot herwise, clear
t he check box t o disable it .
Select t his check box t o set t he Swit ch t o process loopback com m ands received on t he port .
Ot herwise, clear t he check box t o have t he Swit ch ignore loopback com m ands received on
t he port .
Click Apply t o save your changes t o t he Swit ch's run- t im e m em ory. The Swit ch loses t hese
changes if it is t urned off or loses power, so use t he Sa ve link on t he t op navigat ion panel t o
save your changes t o t he non- volat ile m em ory when you are done configuring.
Click Ca n ce l t o begin configuring t his screen afresh.
