11. Remove air jets (if removable) on either
side of the choke plate opening with
Carburetor Jet Screwdriver #
12. Note the p osition of the throttle plate.
13. Remove the throttle plate screws (A).
14. Remove the throttle plate ([B] Fig. 57).

15. Slide the throttle shaft ([A] Fig. 58) out of
the carburetor body.
16. Remove the washer (B).
17. Inspect the shaft seal ([C] Fig. 58).
