Summary Charts
Command Slnnmary Chart
This summary chart lists and describes all of the
Office commands.
You can use these commands by
pressing the B2 mouse button or the Cmd key and
choosing the command you want from the Office Commands
menu.
Note that seven commands--the Copy, Delete, Move,
Organize, Paste, Print, and Rename commands--appear on
the Office Commands menu only when the Filecabinet or a
file folder window is active.
These commands do not
appear on the Office Commands menu when the Office is
the active window.
The commands are listed in alphabetical order.

Closes all open folders and
Filecabinets.
Closes an object or window.
Copies files.
Copies folders.
Copies to or from the
Clipboard.
Copies to or from the
Floppydisk.
Makes a new file or
folder.
Deletes files.
Deletes folders.
Permanently removes objects
from the Wastebasket.
