Working with Other Users
To exit from another user's Filecabinet:
1
Close all folders and files opened from the
other user's Filecabinet.

Press <Exit> or point to the [X] icon and
press <B1>.
The other user's Filecabinet is removed from your
screen, and your Office becomes the active window.
To exit from another user's Office:
1
Close all folders or files opened from the
other user's Office.

Press <Exit> or point to the [X] icon and
press <B1>.
You see the message:
Do you wish to Logout?

Press <Enter> to log out.
The other user's Office is removed from your screen,
and your Office becomes the current window.

Note
If you try to exit from the first Office
you opened before exiting from an Office
that was opened later, you see the
message:
Please close all open files
before trying to logout.
Press the
Enter key and then log out from the last
Office you opened.
You must exit from other Offices
~n
the
reverse order from which you opened
them.
