Selecting Objects and Entering Commands
The Commands menu for the active window is displayed.
If the Office is the active window, a menu similar to
the following one appears:

Close
Create
Find
Help
Layout
Logout
Open
Refresh
Run
Security
Shutdown
Time
Selecting a Command from the Commands Menu
The Commands menu allows you to select only one command
at a time.
You can select a command from the Commands
menu in two ways:
o
Point to i t (with the mouse or the arrow
keys) .
o
Type the first few characters of the command
name.
To select a command by pointing:

Point to the desired command with the mouse
pointer or the arrow keys.
The command is highlighted.

Press <B1> or <Enter>.
The highlighted command takes effect on the previously
highlighted object or objects.
