Using Office Commands
You can use either of these methods to enter the print
command:
o
Press <Print>.
o
Select IPrintl from the Commands menu.
For more information on the various methods of entering
commands, see "Selecting Objects and Entering Commands"
in this section.
The following procedures show you how to:
o
Print a standard file.
o
Print the screen display.
Printing a Standard File
To print the contents of a standard file:

Open or resume the object or folder
containing the file you want to print.

Point to the name of the file.

Press <Print> or select IPrintl
from the
Commands menu.
The following form is displayed:

Print fjle
Printer name:
Number of copies:
WiA'

Point to the Printer name: field and press
<B3> or <Mark> until the name of your printer
is displayed.
