Changing User Preferences
To change the Office preferences:

Point to \Office\ in the Preferences menu and
press <Enter>, displaying the form below,
which shows the default values of the
settings:
Office preferences
Folder display type:
OC6101¥1Ij,liiM4iii!iii!lil
Folder display order: Alphabetical
Standard window rows: 12
columns:
75
Empty Wastebasket? Never
Read permissions: Public
Write permissions: Private
Run permissions: Public
Multi-user items? No
Display command menu? Yes
Turn screen off after 8
minutes
Default editor: Ibin/ed

Move the highlight to the field you want to
change.
You can use the arrow keys, the Tab key, the
Next and Prev keys, or the Return key to move
the highlight.
You can also move the mouse
pointer and press the B1 mouse button to move
the highlight to the desired field.

Select the desired preference setting.
The message line explains the possible
entries for each field.
If the message line prompts you to select an
entry, you can select the preference settings
from a menu by pressing the Cmd or Opts key
or the
B2
mouse button.
You can also step
through possible preference settings by
pressing the Mark key or the B3 mouse button.
If the message line prompts you to enter a
response, type your new entry.
