Updating the UNIX PC
All user logins are listed in the User Login menu.
Once users are added to the list, they should protect
the files in their own user area by adding a password
to their login.
Users control their own passwords:
they create the passwords and can change or remove
passwords at any time by using the Administration menu
in their own Offices.

chapter.
Users are of two types: normal and expert.
Expert
users have access to UNIX through the UNIX System
selection that appears in the Office window.
Normal
users do not have direct access to UNIX and do not see
the UNIX System selection in the Office window.
To add a new user:

install.
