Using Office Commands
If you pOint to the [X] icon on the Office window and
press the
Bl
mouse button, you see a message asking you
to confirm that you want to log out of the Office.
If
you do not want to log out, press the Cancl key.

"Logout Command" for more information.
Copy COmmand
The Copy command allows you to make duplicates of
individual files, groups of files, or the entire
contents of a folder or floppy disk.
When you copy files, you can place the copies in the
same folder as the original file or in other folders.
Keep in mind that each file in a folder must have a
unique file name.
If you copy files into the same
folder as the original files, you must give the copied
files new names.
When you copy files into another
folder, you need not rename the copied files.
When you copy the entire contents of a folder, you can
place the copied files in a new folder or add them to
an existing folder.
You can use either of these methods to enter the Copy
command:

Press the <Copy> key.

Select
I
Copy
I
from the Commands menu.

in this section.
Note
You can cancel the Copy command any time
before the Paste step.
To cancel a
command, press the Cancl key.
