Continue pointing to fields and changing the
entries until all the fields display the
choices you want.

When you have finished changing the form,
press <Enter> to execute the changes on the
Office preferences form.
You see the
Preferences menu again.

Press <Exit> or <Cancl> to remove the
Preferences menu from the screen.
Office Preferences Fields
The following paragraphs describe the choices for each
Office preference field.
Folder display type:
Name and descrjption is the default.
When you open any
folder or the Filecabinet, Wastebasket, Floppydisk, or
Clipboard, the list of folders and files is shown, with
each folder and file name followed by a description of
that folder or file.
For example, the entry for a file
folder named
myfolder
is displayed as
myfolder - File
folder.
Lon9 form:
In this form, the name of each folder and
file is followed by its description, the date it was
created or last changed, and its size in characters.
Name only:
In this format, your folder windows list
only folder and file names; the description of each
folder and file type is not shown.
Folder display order:
Alphabetical is the default entry.
Objects within a
folder are listed in alphabetical order.
Any names
beginning with capital letters are displayed first.
Most recent:
Objects are displayed in order from the
most to the least recently created or changed.
Least recent:
Objects are displayed in order from the
least to the most recently created or changed.
