Working with the Office
This section of the AT&T
UNIX
PC Owner's Manual gives
procedures for each of the
UNIX
PC Office commands and
features.
This section is divided into the following chapters:

"Summary Charts" lists screen keys and their
functions and all of the Office commands in
alphabetical order, with brief explanations
of their functions and where to find more
information.
o
"Using the Office" describes the contents of
the Office.
o
"Working with Windows" describes the
UNIX
PC
windows and explains how to work with windows
using the mouse and the keyboard keys.
o
"Selecting Objects and Entering Commands"
shows you how to select Office objects using
the mouse or keyboard keys.
It also covers
the different ways in which you can enter
commands, describing how to use forms, menus,
action keys, and screen keys.
o
"Using Office Commands" contains an
alphabetical list of the Office commands,
with step-by-step instructions for
accomplishing the tasks each command
initiates.
o
"Changing User Preferences" describes the
user convenience features and gives
procedures for changing these settings to
suit your preferences.
o
"Using Floppy Disks" describes how to handle,
insert, and remove floppy disks.
It also
describes how to use the Floppydisk object of
the Office for copying and moving files from
the
UNIX
PC to a floppy disk.
