Working with Other Users
Opening the Other Users Object
After you have changed the Preferences form to display
the Other Users object, you can open i t and view a list
of all users of the system.
To open the Other Users object:

Point to IOther Users I in the Office window.

2 Press <Enter> or <B1>.
You see an Others window similar to the one
shown below that displays the list of
available user names.
