Using Office Commands
Next Window Command
This command is used for moving between windows.
NEXT WINDOW is a screen key at the bottom of the
screen.
This command is executed by pressing the F5
function key or pointing to the NEXT WINDOW screen key
with the mouse and pressing the Bl mouse button.
The Next Window command does not resume application
windows, the Call Screen window, the UNIX System
window, or any other window that does not show the NEXT
WINDOW screen key.

section for other methods of resuming windows.
To move to the next window:

Press [NEXT WINDOW]
To move to the previous window, see "Previous Window
Command" in this chapter.
Open
Command
The Open command opens objects.
When you open an
object, its contents are displayed in a new window.
If
the object requires an application to display it, that
application is started automatically.
Open is the
default command for most objects--that is, it is used
if you do not specify a different command.
You can use any of these methods to open an object:

For most objects, simply point to the object
and press <Bl> or <Enter>.

Press the <Open-Close> key.

Select
I
Open
I
from the Commands menu.
If you want to open an executable file that allows
editing, you should use the Open command from the
Commands menu or the Open-Close key.
Pressing the left
mouse button or the Enter key causes an executable file
to run.
