Selecting Objects and Entering Commands
Executing Commands on Several Objects
You can execute some commands on more than one object.
Other commands, such as Open, operate on a single
object.
To enter a command affecting several objects, you first
use the Mark key or the B3 mouse button to mark the
objects to be affected by the command.
Then you issue
the command to affect these objects.
Example
The following example shows you how to delete several
files.
For full information on using the Delete
command, see "Using Office Commands" in this section.

Open or resume the folder containing the
files you want to delete.

Point to the first file you want to delete,
and press <B3> or <Mark> to highlight it.

Continue pointing and pressing <B3> or <Mark>
until you have highlighted all the files you
want to delete.

Press <B2> or <Cmd> to display the Commands
menu.

Point to IDeletel or type
d.

Press <Bl> or <Enter>.
The files are deleted from the folder and moved to the
Wastebasket.
