Moving Files to Another Folder
To move one or more files to another folder:

Open or resume the folder containing the file
or files you want to move.

Select the files you want to move.

Press <Move> or select I Move I from the
Commands menu.
The message Open destination folder and touch
PASTE appears.

Open or resume the folder to which you want
to move the files.

Press [PASTE] or select IPastel
from the
Commands menu.
The highlighted files are moved to the destination
folder and deleted from the original location.
If the
destination folder already contains items having the
same name as the objects you are moving, you are
prompted to rename the objects you are moving.
Moving a Folder
When you move a folder, you move the folder and
everything in i t to a new location.
The folder keeps
the same name.
You cannot move a folder into itself.
For example, you
cannot move the practice folder and paste i t into the
Filecabinet/practice window.
The following procedure assumes that you want to move
the folder to another folder or to the Filecabinet.
If
you want to move a folder to the Floppydisk, see
"Using Floppy Disks" in this section.
