Area calculation
Applications
The graphic always shows the area projected onto the reference plane. The points
used for defining the reference plane are indicated by a
The breakline points must be located within the boundary of the defined area.
The 2D and 3D areas are calculated automatically and displayed once three points
have been measured or selected. The 3D area is calculated automatically based on
the following;
• The system will use the three points which cover the largest area.
• If there are two or more equal largest areas, the system will use the area with
the shortest perimeter.
