BUILT-IN CHARTS --- AVAILABLE ONLY FOR AMERICA USERS
The CPN Series Chart Plotters have Built-In Charts for coastal navigation with the following
characteristics (refer to the following image for coverage area of Built-In Charts).
· Coverage: USA including Alaska, Hawaii and Great Lakes, Canada, Bahamas,
Caribbean, Cuba, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Central America. Fresh water coverage is
not included. Detailed coverage and Fresh waters charts are available from Jeppesen.

Allows changing the language for menus and data screens. English is the default.
When the cursor is moved over a buoy, Mark or other item a popup window will show
information of the item. This menu item allows the window to be turned Off, On Points
(default) or On All.
Sets the timeout (among 10 sec, 30 sec, 1 min (default), 2 mins, 5 mins and Off) after
which the CPN Series Chart Plotter goes back from Cursor Mode to Home Mode.
By default when the cursor is moved on the chart a window is shown with the Lat/Lon
Distance and Bearing from the vessels location to the cursor. This selection allows the
window to be turned On (default) or Off. It appears only on the Chart pages (Single, Dual
and Chart/Highway). The Cursor Window is automatically disabled when General is set
in Chart Page Window option.
Opens a menu with two items:
SHOWN: the chart control touchscreen icon can be permanently shown (default) or it
can be shown for a while (timeout) when the keyboard is touched. Select the timeout
among 2 sec, 5 sec, 10 sec, Permanent and Off.
LOCATION: the chart control touchscreen icon can be shown on the Right (default) or
Left top side of the screen.
AVAILABLE ONLY FOR AMERICA USERS Enables (On) or disables (Off) the Built-In
Charts. The default is On.
